About me

 

I work with leaders at moments when clarity, focus and judgement matter most — shaping strategy, navigating complex change, and ensuring transformation delivers real outcomes. Commissioned by senior leaders and working closely with teams across the organisation, I act as a calm, behind-the-scenes partner who helps strategy and plans turn into action. Based in the UK since 1999, I combine strategic insight with practical, hands-on delivery — strengthening teams at every level, staying alert to organisational dynamics, and helping progress happen with confidence and momentum.
